CANCELLATIONS

I AGREE TO PROVIDE A PERSONAL SERVICE AT THE RATE ABOVE. IF IN THE EVENT OF MYSELF NOT ATTENDING (DUE TO UNFORESEEN PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES) TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES, THE PAYEE OR CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF HOWEVER, YOU (CLIENT OR PAYEE) CANCEL, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

UNDER 1 WEEK CANCELLATION NOTICE = FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED. I CAN OFFER IN CHOOSING A DIFFERENT DATE BUT THE CANCELLATION NOTICE POLICIES DOES NOT CHANGE AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT.

1-2 WEEKS CANCELLATION NOTICE = 50% OF THE FEE NEEDS TO BE PAID.

3-4 WEEKS NOTICE = 30% OF THE FEE NEEDS TO BE PAID.
